There are plastic bags stored accessible to children in the bathroom. 0165(2 c): There are some cords accessible to children in the Falcons classroom and the phone cord in the Chickadees room. 0165 (3c): There is a board outside that is not secured on the woodened structure outside on the school age climber area. 0165 (5 a): There are multiple rooms with safety plugs in outlets and the TR is not working. 0156 (5 b): There is a GFCI outlet that is not tamper resistant in the Chickadees room.
